Dramatic Play Center
Each week materials that coordinate with the theme are added to the the Dramatic Play Center. Children take on various roles as they pretend play, take turns, and work on social skills.
From props to puppets, kids enjoy creating their own story through play. Within this designated space in the classroom; family roles are discussed, chosen, and played out. Children also pretend to be animals, and keep each other safe from predators (other children). The dramactic play center is positioned on the opposite corner of the classroom as the library, to organize volume levels.
